The importance of forests cannot be underestimated.
We depend on forests for our survival, from the air we breathe to the wood we use. Besides providing habitats for animals and livelihoods for humans, forests also offer watershed protection, prevent soil erosion and mitigate climate change. This exhibition focuses on major sections of not only forests in peril, but the beauty of them as well. Visitors will be able to gather proper information which will enable them to take a step forward in making a change and joining the fight for preserving forests and their species. In collaboration with colleague Jaipreet Uppal who worked on the ‘Walkways’, ‘Forest Fires’, and ‘What can you do’ sections.
