Those who live in or around Howard Beach, work as delivery drivers, or even car service providers may find it difficult to get around the 20+ building complexes located in the center of Lindenwood.
This Design Proposal aims to solve the problem of stress and frustration when looking for an apartment complex where they all appear mostly identical.
The icons are designed to enforce the neighborhood name, as Lindenwood is furthest from the ocean. The colors are meant to create a memorable visual when combined with the icons so that it is easier to remember the buildings in the future.
The icons will be enforced on each building itself, creating a larger visual which can be spotted from afar.
